Aqua Teen Hunger Force is an American adult animated television series created by Dave Willis and Matt Maiellaro. It premiered on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block in 2001 and concluded in 2015. The show revolves around the surreal adventures of three anthropomorphic fast food items: Master Shake, a selfish milkshake; Frylock, a calm and intelligent box of French fries; and Meatwad, a shapeshifting ball of ground meat. They live together as roommates in a suburban neighborhood, often interacting with their human neighbor Carl. The series is known for its absurd humor and bizarre characters, featuring a wide range of surreal plotlines and recurring characters like the Mooninites. Episodes frequently end with non-canonical deaths or destruction, only to be reset in the next episode. The show's humor is often nonsensical and absurd, appealing to fans of offbeat comedy.
