Artisan's Brewery, located in Toms River, New Jersey, is a brewpub that has been serving the community since 1997. Originally known as Basil T's Brew Pub, it was renamed Artisan's Brewery in 2010. The brewery specializes in producing a variety of beer styles, including English, German, and American beers such as brown ales, hefeweizens, and IPAs. With a restricted brewery license, Artisan's can produce up to 10,000 barrels annually, though it currently produces about 300 barrels per year. In addition to its craft beers, Artisan's offers a diverse dining experience with a menu featuring Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant is known for its fresh, non-frozen ingredients and offers dishes like Day Boat seafood, along with vegetarian and gluten-free options.
