Bartolomé Esteban Murillo

Bartolomé Esteban Murillo was a Spanish painter who was born in Seville in 1617 and died in 1682. He is considered one of the most important and influential artists of the Spanish Golden Age, and his works are renowned for their beauty, elegance, and emotional depth. Murillo's early training was with the painter Juan de Assensio, and he later studied with the renowned artist Francisco de Zurbarán.
