Camarillas Dam
Camarillas Dam The Camarillas Dam is situated north of the Cordilleras Béticas, within a transitional zone of the mountain range's structural units. It creates a reservoir that, while not particularly large, offers a scenic experience as one walks around it. The dam's natural downstream boundary meets the Los Almadenes gorge, marked by a rocky, dome-shaped massif. This area serves as a habitat for various amphibian and insect species.
