The Canon EOS R1 is a flagship mirrorless camera designed for professional photographers, particularly those in sports and wildlife photography. It features a 24.2MP full-frame back-illuminated stacked CMOS sensor, which provides fast readout speeds and reduces rolling shutter distortion. The camera is powered by a Digic X processor and a Digic Accelerator, enhancing its performance and speed. It supports continuous shooting at up to 40fps with an electronic shutter and 12fps with a mechanical shutter.
