Eliud Kipchoge is a renowned Kenyan long-distance runner, born on November 5, 1984, in Kapsisiywa, Kenya. He rose to prominence initially as a 5000-meter specialist, winning the 2003 World Championships at just 18 years old. Kipchoge transitioned to marathon running in 2012, achieving unparalleled success with victories in multiple World Marathon Majors, including the Olympic Games. His impressive career includes setting the marathon world record in Berlin in 2018 with a time of 2:01:39.
