Filemón

Filemón Filemón Pi, initially Filemón Gutiérrez, is a character created by Francisco Ibáñez in 1958 for the Mortadelo y Filemón series. He is the boss of Mortadelo and is considered the brains of the duo. As an agent of the T.I.A., he assigns missions to Mortadelo, usually the most difficult ones. Filemón is often seen scolding Mortadelo for his constant disguises and absent-mindedness. Despite his role as the leader, he often finds himself in comical and chaotic situations alongside Mortadelo.
