Jenni Hiirikoski is a renowned Finnish ice hockey player, born on March 30, 1987, in Lempäälä, Finland. She stands at 162 cm and weighs 62 kg, playing as a defenseman. Hiirikoski is celebrated for her speed, on-ice awareness, and exceptional passing ability, drawing comparisons to NHL star Erik Karlsson. She has been the captain of the Finnish national team since the 2011-2012 season and currently leads Luleå HF/MSSK in the Swedish Women's Hockey League (SDHL). Hiirikoski's achievements include three Olympic bronze medals from the 2010, 2018, and 2022 Winter Olympics. She has also participated in numerous IIHF Women's World Championships, winning a silver medal in 2019 and eight bronze medals.
