His work caught the attention of Björk, leading to collaborations with her and other notable artists like The Rolling Stones and Daft Punk. Gondry's innovative music videos and commercials often featured surreal settings and creative visual effects. Gondry transitioned to feature filmmaking with Human Nature (2001) and gained acclaim with Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004), for which he won an Academy Award. His films often blend unique storytelling with inventive visuals, as seen in The Science of Sleep (2006) and Mood Indigo (2013). Gondry's diverse body of work includes documentaries like The Thorn in the Heart (2009) and episodes of the TV series Kidding.
