Mitzi

Mitzi Mitzi was a female bottlenose dolphin who gained fame for her role in the 1963 film "Flipper." Raised and trained at a Dolphin Research Center, Mitzi's performance captivated audiences and led to the subsequent "Flipper" television series. Although other dolphins also portrayed Flipper, Mitzi is recognized as the original. Her success made her a celebrity, and she became a beloved figure. Mitzi passed away in 1972.
