Nybble is a programmable robotic cat kit designed for hobbyists and students interested in robotics and coding. It is built on an open-source platform, allowing users to customize and extend its capabilities. The robot features a 3D puzzle wooden frame that can be assembled without screws, requiring about three to four hours to complete. Nybble is equipped with 11 servos, a customized Arduino board (NyBoard V1), and supports Raspberry Pi integration for enhanced functionality. Nybble offers various programming options, including Arduino C++, Python, and a Scratch-like environment, making it suitable for learning STEM and robotics concepts. It includes sensors like ultrasonic distance and infrared receivers, and supports wireless connectivity via Bluetooth and WiFi. The robot is powered by a rechargeable Li-ion battery, providing approximately 70 minutes of operation.
