It stretches over 5.5 kilometers and is adjacent to the renowned Doñana National Park. The beach is divided into sections, with the most urban part offering a range of amenities, including showers, lifeguards, parking, parasols, sunbeds, and beach cafes. This part of the beach is particularly popular among families due to its calm and warm waters. As you move westward from the town, the beach transitions into quieter areas like Playa de las Dunas and Playa de Alcor. Playa de las Dunas is backed by landscaped villas and remains accessible to the facilities of Playa de Mazagón. Further west, Playa de Alcor is a more secluded beach surrounded by pine forests and sand dunes, offering a peaceful and natural setting. The area is also close to several nature reserves and historical sites, making it a versatile destination for both relaxation and exploration.
