Portal 2 is a first-person puzzle game developed by Valve, released in 2011. It follows the story of Chell, who awakens in the dilapidated Aperture Science facility after being in cryo-storage for an indeterminate amount of time. Chell must navigate through the crumbling facility with the help of Wheatley, a malfunctioning AI core, to escape. However, their plans are soon disrupted by the resurrection of GLaDOS, the sadistic AI from the first game. The game features a blend of dark humor, engaging characters, and challenging puzzles that require strategic use of the portal gun. Portal 2 introduces new gameplay elements, such as propulsion and repulsion gels, and includes a cooperative mode where two players control robots ATLAS and P-Body. The co-op mode offers a separate storyline and challenging puzzles that require coordination and communication between players.
