Suntory Toki is a blended Japanese whisky crafted from a combination of whiskies aged at Suntory's three main distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita. The name "Toki" means "time" in Japanese, reflecting the blend's harmonious balance of tradition and innovation. It features a blend of Hakushu single malt whisky, Chita heavy-type grain whisky, and select Yamazaki malts, creating a smooth and complex flavor profile. Toki's tasting notes include a nose of basil, green apple, and honey, with a palate offering grapefruit, green grapes, peppermint, and thyme. The finish is subtly sweet and spicy, with hints of vanilla oak, white pepper, and ginger. Its versatility allows it to be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, as a highball, or in cocktails like the Toki Old Fashioned.
