The Ark is a massive space station formed by the merger of 12 space stations from different nations, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, India, Japan, Russia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Uganda, and Venezuela. This merger occurred in 2054, two years after a nuclear apocalypse rendered Earth uninhabitable. The Ark was expanded using thousands of satellites to enhance its capabilities and sustain the growing population. The Ark includes various specialized stations, such as the Agro Station for agriculture, Factory Station for manufacturing, and Go-Sci Station for government and scientific operations. These stations played crucial roles in maintaining life support systems and governing the Ark's inhabitants. Despite its efforts to sustain humanity, the Ark faced severe resource constraints, leading to strict population control measures and eventually the decision to send a group of juveniles to Earth to assess its habitability.
