TM Tower

TM Tower TM Tower is a residential skyscraper currently under construction in Benidorm, Spain, situated near Poniente Beach. The tower is planned to have 64 floors and reach a height of 230 meters. It will offer 260 residential units, with a variety of floor plans and amenities. The building will also feature over 10,000 square meters of communal areas for residents to enjoy. It is located just 50 meters from the beach. Once completed, TM Tower is expected to be one of the tallest residential buildings in Europe.
