Rosenkilde's journey into chocolate began in 2010, driven by a fascination with cacao's diverse flavors. She transitioned from confectionery to bean-to-bar chocolate making, visiting over 50 cacao plantations across Latin America. Her chocolates are crafted with minimal ingredients to highlight the natural flavors of the cacao. Rosenkilde also conducts chocolate classes, aiming to educate consumers about cacao and chocolate production. Her products are available in Norway and select international markets, with plans for further expansion.
