The Washington Nationals' City Connect uniforms pay homage to the iconic cherry blossoms of Washington, D.C., symbolizing hope and new beginnings. The jerseys feature an anthracite base color with a cherry blossom print and pink trims, reflecting the vibrant colors of spring in the nation's capital. The "WSH" graphic on the front represents the city's neoclassical architecture, while the District of Columbia flag is displayed on the left sleeve and socks, honoring the city's heritage. These uniforms were part of Nike's MLB City Connect series, which debuted during the 2022 season. They were worn during select games and made their on-field debut on Opening Day Weekend.
