ZAZ Isabelle Geffroy, known by her stage name ZAZ, is a French singer-songwriter born on May 1, 1980, in Tours, France. She is celebrated for her unique blend of nu jazz, soul, and acoustic music. ZAZ began her career in the early 2000s, performing with various bands, including the blues band "Fifty Fingers" and the variety band "Izar-Adatz." Her breakthrough came with her debut album "Zaz" in 2010, which included the hit single "Je veux," topping charts across Europe. ZAZ's subsequent albums, such as "Recto Verso," "Paris," and "Effet Miroir," have solidified her international reputation. She has collaborated with notable figures like Quincy Jones and Charles Aznavour.
